Most guests will arrive via Barcelona El Prat Airport (BCN), approximately 25 minutes from the city center.

WEDDING TRANSPORTATION

Transportation will be provided from the Almanac Hotel to the wedding venue and back to the hotel on Sept. 30th.

Departure: 14:00 hs.

Return 00:00 hs. and 02:00 hs.

Please, ensure you are ready at least 10-15 minutes before departure.

The Almanac is a centrally located five-star hotel in the heart of Barcelona, offering refined design, exceptional service, a secluded rooftop pool, wellness spa, the iconic plant-forward Virens restaurant from Michelin starred chef Rodrigo de la Calle, with easy access to many of the week's events (including our Welcome Party which will take place on the Almanac rooftop).

    To access preferred wedding rates, please follow the steps below carefully.

    Step-by-step booking process (desktop)

    1. Go to:

    Almanac Barcelona official website

    2. Click “Book Now” (top right corner)

    A booking panel will open on the right-hand side

    3. Select:

    • Room

    • Destination: Almanac Barcelona

    • Your dates, number of rooms, and guests

    4. Apply the wedding rate code:

    • Click “Got a code?”

    • Select “Discount code”

    • Enter: ALMWED

    • Click “Validate”

    5. Click “Check Availability”

    6. On the next screen:

    • Confirm your dates, guests, and code are visible at the top

    • Click “Apply” (bottom right)

    7. You will now see available room options:

    • Select your preferred room and rate

    • (Breakfast / cancellation policy options will be shown here)

    8. Click “Go to checkout”

    9. Complete your booking:

    • Enter guest details

    • Review the summary on the right-hand side

    • Confirm the ALMWED code is applied

    • Enter payment details

    • Click “Book Now”
